「Ubuntu Forum」に以下のスレッドが立っていて、そこに記載されているとおりの手順を実行することで、電源オン／オフやログイン／アウト後も問題なくBluetoothマウスが使えるようになりました。

じっさいに入力したコマンドと、そのコマンドの動作を確認するために重要なメッセージだけ、以下に書き出しておきます。
